At Malu House Cleaning, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will schedule a revisit at no additional charge to address any concerns. Please note that we do not offer refunds for completed services.
You may modify or cancel your services at any time. However, to ensure a smooth process:
Follow-Up: We will contact you within 48 hours of your service to confirm your appointment and discuss any specific needs.
Equipment and Supplies: Our technicians arrive with company-approved cleaning tools and supplies to ensure efficiency and professionalism.
Transparency: We encourage open communication. If you have any questions, please reach out anytime.
Access: If we cannot gain access to the property, a standard $100 cancellation fee will be charged. Please provide contactless entry information if necessary during booking.
Clear Space: The cleaning area must be free of personal items, bio-hazards, and obstructions. We cannot dispose of items that do not belong to us or clean blocked areas, including cabinets.
Utilities: Our technicians require access to working electricity and running water to perform their duties.
Plumbing: Toilets, sinks, and tubs must be unclogged and floors should be dry and free of any waste.
Existing Damage: Our technicians are not responsible for addressing existing damage, such as stains from pet urine. Please consult a flooring specialist for these issues.
Invoices will be sent at the end of each service and are due within 14 days. We accept cash and secure online payments via debit, credit cards, or ACH transfers.
To pay online, you will receive an email invoice with a link to our secure payment portal. Payments not received within 24 hours of service may be referred to a collections agency.
For regular services, inquire about our bulk cleaning packages designed for commercial apartment buildings, real estate agents, and landlords.

The safety of our team is paramount. We cannot clean unsafe areas, lift heavy items (over 50 pounds), or handle hazardous materials, including extreme mold or bodily fluids.
If a space is deemed unsafe or in extremely poor condition, our technicians reserve the right to leave, and the standard cancellation fee will apply. We will work with you to reschedule.
We will reach out within 48 hours of booking to gather more information about your project.
Expect confirmation of your appointment within 48 hours prior to service. To help us provide an accurate timeframe, please include a description or photos of the area to be cleaned.
Please allow for a 30-minute arrival window due to potential delays, such as traffic.
For your peace of mind, we document our work with high-resolution before and after photos and/or videos.
Malu House Cleaning cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing damage or reasonable wear-and-tear. If any damage occurs during our service, we will address it with our insurance and may provide reasonable reimbursement following receipt verification.
Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion.
